Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company compliance policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and computer literacy.
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
