Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues by analyzing data and providing effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to improve service protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights and holidays.
