Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve sales and retention targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (Written and Oral) with a neutral accent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to type 35-40 WPM.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
