Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them when necessary to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
