Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Intercom).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
