- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM database to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Billing, Product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom).
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure during peak hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
