Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming customer tickets via email, chat, and phone with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and resolve customer complaints and technical issues, escalating only when absolutely necessary.
- Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that foster loyalty.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or fluent level required).
- Empathy: A genuine passion for helping others and a patient, calm demeanor under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems quickly.
