Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email) with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve escalated issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT >95%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and reduce resolution time
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and document all interactions
- Contribute to team performance through knowledge sharing and mentorship of junior agents
- Analyze customer feedback trends to identify service improvement opportunities
- Adhere to compliance standards and security protocols for customer data protection
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO/call center environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
