Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex technical and non-technical issues by analyzing customer needs and providing accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a professional, polished communication style.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency with CRM software and computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
