The Role:
As a Senior Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, handling high-level inquiries, mentoring junior agents, and driving operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between our clients and our product teams, ensuring feedback loops are closed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer escalations with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and call logs to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Mentor and train junior support staff on best practices, product knowledge, and soft skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, IT) to address systemic issues.
- Monitor and maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume Customer Service or BPO environment.
- Proven track record of handling escalated issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or Salesforce) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
