Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via multi-channel platforms (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and AHT targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and processes
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume call center/BPO environment
- Fluency in English and Tagalog (written/spoken)
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven settings
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries preferred
