Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Mentor junior specialists on best practices
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Attend weekly training sessions on new products/tools
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service/BPO environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work on flexible schedules
- College degree or vocational certificate
- Experience in healthcare/tech industries preferred
