Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and efficient support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with first-contact resolution excellence
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed case documentation and track performance metrics
- Train and mentor junior specialists on best practices
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities while maintaining trust
- Contribute to quarterly customer experience strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with proven retention metrics
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience required)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven problem-solving
- Professional certification in customer experience (CXCP preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
