Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email) with empathy and precision
- Mentor junior agents on best practices and company protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Meet and exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/technical support
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification
- Experience in BPO or high-volume contact center environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
