Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and identify process improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and customer empathy techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to contribute to product/service enhancements
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score and 20+ calls/hour productivity standard
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with documented success in de-escalation
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written/verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCXP, CXPA) preferred
