Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and first-contact resolution focus
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction
- Maintain deep product knowledge across client portfolios
- Contribute to team performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume BPO/CX environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital workspaces
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with proven service excellence
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
