Responsibilities
- Handle high-priority customer escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Mentor junior agents on best practices and performance optimization
- Analyze customer feedback to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to resolve systemic service issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score and first-contact resolution metrics
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track resolution progress
- Participate in continuous training programs to master new technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in customer service/technical support roles
- Proven track record in KPI-driven BPO environments
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and process optimization
- Relevant certification in customer experience management preferred
