Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, multi-channel support via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ CSAT scores
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to reduce resolution time by 20%
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate critical feedback and influence feature roadmap
- Mentor junior specialists through peer coaching and knowledge base contributions
- Analyze customer interaction patterns to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Champion customer-centric culture through quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with B2B SaaS experience
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk with API integration knowledge
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) or equivalent
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex technical disputes with executive stakeholders
- Data literacy with experience in customer journey mapping tools
- Spanish fluency required for bilingual support capabilities
