- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Mentor junior agents and optimize call center workflows
- Document interactions and escalate critical issues to management
- Analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in BPO/call center environment
- Fluent English communication with neutral accent
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Relevant certification in customer service preferred
