Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to de-escalate challenging situations with emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
