Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume contact center or BPO environment

- Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts (including nights/weekends)
- College degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies and reporting
