Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email channels with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve escalated issues with first-contact resolution rate exceeding 85%
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery processes
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolution outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and performance metrics
- Participate in quarterly training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Adhere strictly to data security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume call center or BPO environment
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with emotional intelligence
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- College degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
