Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Contribute to team performance goals and quality metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in high-volume call center/BPO environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- College degree in any field or equivalent professional certification
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
