Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLAs
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Mentor junior agents on best practices and product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service/technical support
- Fluent in English with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- College degree preferred (Business/Communications)
- Experience in healthcare or fintech sectors advantageous
