Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, high-resolution support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) while maintaining SLA compliance
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support with detailed documentation
- Develop personalized solutions for enterprise clients, driving retention and upsell opportunities
- Analyze customer feedback to generate actionable insights for product improvement
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge-sharing sessions and role-playing exercises
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer-centric feature enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume customer service or technical support roles
- Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and helpdesk tools (Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual capability preferred
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize service workflows
- Industry certification in Customer Experience Management (e.g., CCXP) a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
