Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ resolution rate
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer journey efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues and feature requests
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and conflict resolution techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform strategic business decisions
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in high-volume B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and helpdesk software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
