Responsibilities
- Manage high-priority customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Develop and implement personalized solutions for VIP accounts using CRM tools
- Collaborate with product teams to identify systemic improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior specialists through knowledge sharing and best practices
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform service enhancement strategies
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects to optimize customer journey touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive customer experience experience in SaaS or tech
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Proven track record of resolving escalated customer issues with 4.8+ CSAT
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer service management preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual ability a plus
