Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve escalated issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and product knowledge
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including resolution time and CSAT
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies
- Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin (highly desirable)
- Customer service certification (e.g., CCXP, CSM) preferred
