Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Proactively identify and escalate product/service improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation and analyze customer interaction trends
- Collaborate with product teams to shape customer-centric solutions
- Train and mentor junior specialists on best practices
- Drive retention through personalized account management
- Contribute to knowledge base optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer service or success roles
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proven ability to analyze customer feedback data
- Strong written/verbal communication in English
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry products
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCXP, CSM) preferred
- Spanish fluency highly valued
