Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce CRM
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs

Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume customer service or support roles
- Proven expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
