- Mentor junior agents on best practices and company protocols
- Analyze customer feedback trends to improve service delivery

- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years BPO/call center experience with leadership exposure
- Fluent English with exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Proven problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules
- College degree or equivalent professional certification
- Basic knowledge of Spanish or Mandarin preferred
