Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate emotionally charged situations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in retail or e-commerce preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
