Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert-level support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic issues
- Document interactions and provide actionable insights for process improvements
- Mentor junior specialists and contribute to training program development
- Analyze customer feedback trends and propose innovative solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including response time and resolution efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with proven escalation handling
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and helpdesk software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with empathy-driven approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-stakes interactions
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required, bachelor's preferred
