Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve escalated issues while maintaining brand voice and service standards
- Document interactions in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer insights and feedback
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and best practices
- Analyze customer trends to proactively address potential pain points
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service or support roles
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling difficult conversations and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven problem-solving mindset
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
