Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized resolution strategies for high-priority client escalations
- Mentor junior team members on advanced conflict resolution techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive product improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve systemic service gaps

Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in leadership/specialist roles
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and analytics tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with multicultural fluency
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) or equivalent
- Advanced problem-solving skills with emotional intelligence focus
- Experience managing VIP client portfolios in SaaS or tech industries
- Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
