- Own complex customer issues from identification to resolution with empathy and efficiency
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with product teams
- Mentor junior specialists and contribute to knowledge base development
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform service enhancements
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align service strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with measurable performance metrics
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and support ticketing systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Proficiency in multilingual communication (Spanish/English preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven experience with customer satisfaction methodologies (CSAT, NPS)
