Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ CSAT scores
- Resolve complex customer issues using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge-sharing sessions
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to escalate critical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer service experience in SaaS or tech
- Expert proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
