Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email channels with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues for high-value clients using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Mentor junior agents through peer coaching sessions and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Analyze customer interaction data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues and enhance service offerings
- Maintain detailed documentation of solutions in knowledge base systems
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize customer journey touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in BPO/call center environment with proven track record
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ticketing systems
- Ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations with emotional intelligence
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer service management preferred
- Experience with multi-language support (Spanish/French/Japanese advantageous)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
