Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer resolution for enterprise clients across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to drive retention and growth
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service gaps and propose actionable improvements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate technical issues and influence product enhancements
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and service standards
- Track and report on key performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and NPS
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize customer workflows and systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume customer service or support roles
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical and account-related issues
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities
- Certification in customer experience management or related field preferred
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into process improvements
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
