Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, email, chat) with exceptional resolution rates
- Mentor junior agents through peer coaching and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
- Maintain 95%+ quality assurance scores through adherence to SLAs and compliance standards
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer issues
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in BPO or high-volume contact center environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer experience management preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Experience in training or mentoring new team members
