Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ first-contact resolution rate
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert-level technical support and guidance
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with product teams to implement solutions
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and best practice demonstrations
- Analyze customer feedback trends to contribute to quarterly experience enhancement strategies
- Manage high-value client accounts with personalized engagement and retention tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or support role with SaaS or technology experience
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (CSAT, NPS, resolution rates)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to analyze complex situations and propose data-driven solutions
- Experience with quality assurance processes and performance improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a significant plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
