- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify service gaps and implement solutions
- Mentor junior agents through shadowing sessions and knowledge sharing workshops
- Analyze customer feedback trends to recommend proactive service improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer service experience with SaaS/tech industry background
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure during escalations
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Data-driven problem-solving with experience generating performance reports
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) or equivalent preferred
