Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Customer certification (e.g., CCXP, CXPA) highly desirable
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support ticketing systems
