Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries through multi-channel support (phone, email, chat)
- Develop and implement personalized solutions to enhance customer loyalty
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in our CRM system
- Train junior team members on advanced conflict resolution techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive strategic initiatives
- Proactively identify and escalate potential service risks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume customer service environments
- Proven expertise in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Advanced proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) preferred
- Experience managing customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
