- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve escalated issues including billing disputes and technical troubleshooting
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer journey efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolution outcomes
- Collaborate with product teams to identify systemic issues and advocate for client needs
- Train junior specialists on best practices and service protocols
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience in high-complexity environments
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticket management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with proven de-escalation techniques
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer behavior data
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
