Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound customer interactions across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLAs
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards in all interactions
- Continuously develop product knowledge and communication techniques
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of call center/BPO experience with proven performance metrics
- Exceptional English fluency (verbal and written) with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
- Customer-centric mindset with dedication to service excellence
- Relevant bachelor's degree or industry certifications preferred
