Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% satisfaction rate
- Develop personalized solutions for complex billing, technical, and product-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and documentation
- Mentor junior specialists through peer training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service enhancements
- Utilize Salesforce and Zendesk to maintain accurate case records and reporting
- Contribute to quarterly service improvement initiatives and KPI reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Expertise in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and helpdesk tools
- Proven ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Customer Experience (CCXP) or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
