Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with empathy and efficiency

Qualifications
- 3+ years in BPO/customer service environment

- Certificate in Conflict Resolution or Customer Psychology preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
