Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction scores and first-contact resolution targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
- Mentor new agents and share best practices in weekly huddles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in high-volume customer service or BPO environment
- Proficient in English with neutral accent and clear communication skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
