Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer support via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and efficiency, reducing resolution time by 20%
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies for high-value accounts
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform product enhancements and service protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive customer service experience in SaaS or tech industries
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations with executive-level stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and helpdesk software (Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Strong analytical skills with experience using customer data to drive decisions
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages a significant plus
